In other countries, the Honda Fit is known as the Honda Jazz. It’s a compact hatchback very similar to the Mazda Demio. Given a choice, a used Mazda Demio for sale may just be a slightly better option. This is because the Mazda Demio is seen less on the streets and so it has this sense of exclusiveness. Both cars though are running pretty close to each other when it comes to performance and reliability.

Both cars also have a sporty fun look and the appeal is very youthful. They are both affordable either as a new car or a used car. Standing from a distance the Mazda Demio looks pretty tight inside and one wonders if a tall person would have enough leg room. Inside, this same tall person can sit comfortably but it would be impossible to stretch the legs. The height inside the car is also a little strained especially for anyone taller than 5’9”. Both cars have limited trunk space although the back seats can be folded. The Honda Jazz has is more spacious inside but it would have a similar problem for a tall person.
Both cars are edgy and sexy, and as many car enthusiasts have said, both the Mazda Demio and Honda Fit make up the lack of space with abundance in looks and style. It’s also been said that both cars are easy to drive and maneuver around tight places. If one were to buy a car for a new driver, the Mazda Demio would be a good choice. It does not have as much power but it can get up to 120 kilometers per hour easily.
Comparing the ride, it’s not as smooth as a sedan because of its size, but what really makes the Mazda Demio a class above the Honda Fit is the engine. The Demio’s engine was awarded the 2012 RJC Technology of the Year in Japan. This is a clear sign of approval for the Demio’s engine from the experts in car manufacturing.
